Lead/Manager

Role Purpose and Accountability:

  • Fee generation and headcount accountability for own desk and designated specialism(s).
  • Hire, train, develop and retain the best people to drive productivity and growth
  • Support the implementation and commitment to company initiatives and strategic priorities
  • Instil cultural management within the team - values/vision/standards and expectations for high performance
  • Drive service delivery through execution of desk fundamentals and leading by example


Knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience:
  • Proven track record in developing new hires, people development and management
  • Experience in setting, monitoring and reviewing goals and objectives
  • Demonstrated ability in business development and candidate generation
  • Ability to lead from the front; utilizing fundamentals as a role model
  • Excellent communication skills; able to influence and inspire
  • Able to demonstrate excellent knowledge of and engagement with One Touch
  • Demonstrates the Hays values: Expert, Passionate About People, Insightful, Innovative & Ambitious
