Position Description

As part of a fast-paced team, work with borrowers and loan originators to ensure complete and accurate loan application files. This involves collecting application, employment, and financial documentation, and tracking progress in the lending system. In addition, timely communication with all stakeholders in the lending life cycle, including Borrowers, Originators, Underwriters, and Vendors.

Specific Duties

• Review and verify initial loan application file and work with borrower to gather appropriate documentation as applicable
• Contact and collect all required documentation for the loan package from borrower or originator
• Imaging / Indexing borrower documentation to OnBase system
• Create a loan submission package for the Underwriting department
• Satisfy all conditions when received from Underwriter
• Timely updates to borrowers and originators on status
• Interact with Underwriters, Originators, and Vendors, to complete requirements to decision loan files as applicable

• PC Skills

System Access Required

• Power Lender (Consumer / Mortgage)
• Hyland OnBase (Unity 17)
• One Touch Sales and Service
• ShareFile
• Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Other Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' related experience.
