Lead Data Analyst(Healthcare Domain)

Location: Bellevue, WA

Job Description:

• 6+years of work-related experience leading BI & Operations engagement withrich background in data analysis and support processes

• TeamLead for a newly established business operations team for a premier healthcareclient

• Establishsupport processes for shared IT Services, focused on BI and data analysis(intake mechanism, trainings, knowledge base, SLA baseline)

• Developunderstanding of reporting systems and create subject matter expertise withinthe team

• Experiencein PowerBI & DAX is required

• Managerequests coming into the support queue and ensure resolution to the same byassigning to appropriate resources within the team and collaborating with otherpartner teams

• Establishrobust job monitoring and procedures to resolve failures

• Interactwith stakeholders, coordinate program milestones and objectives acrossworkstreams

• Managingbusiness stakeholders and responsible for all business facing communication.

• Excellentbusiness analysis skills including understanding Data in relation to thebusiness and profiling the data to produce detailed artifacts for engineering.

• Interfacewith Engineering very closely and understand the various business aspects /rules of reports & tools in scope

• Exposureto managing projects / programs related to Modern Support solutions like BOTs,Machine Learning is needed

• Ownbusiness communication for key events, business cycles and tool / data relatednotifications

• Suggestand drive operational improvements
