Land Contract Analyst - Remote

We are currently working with a global communications and real estate organization that is seeking a Land Contract Analyst to support their Global team on a 6-7-month contract. This position will be 100% remote.

Responsibilities:

• Review land contracts to generate payments and record financial transactions
• Review lease agreements
• Reconcile prior, current, and future lease payments
• Identify payment adjustments
• Enter payment information in Oracle

Qualifications:

• Previous experience reviewing real estate contracts and payment terms
• Must be comfortable using pivot tables and vlookups in Excel
• Oracle experience is a plus!
