Within our Analytical Services team, we have a functional service provider solution, which is a unique partnership that allows our customers to maximize the experience of our staff, while allowing you, the employee, to gain direct experience working onsite at a pharmaceutical/ biopharmaceutical company, all while maintaining full-time benefits.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle test samples and controlled substances, includes sample receiving and tracking, maintaining test sample inventories, distributing samples for testing and sample destruction.
  • Prepare and submit samples to contract laboratories. Follow up on results of tests with the contract labs.
  • Assist laboratory analysts in preparing analytical reagents and sample solutions.
  • Take inventory and order laboratory supplies.
  • Clean laboratory glassware.
  • Perform laboratory housekeeping.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or relevant technical certification, or associate degree
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years')
In some cases, an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Basic knowledge of cGMP and laboratory safety practice.
  • Good documentation practices.
  • Ability to recognize when test results do not meet required specifications or are aberrant.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented and able to produce work with a high degree of accuracy.
