We're seeking a Lab Equipment Technician for a unique, tailored mission.
Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support and managment of government labs and lab equipment.
• Track and report inventory of Government owned test equipment.
• Facilitate check-in and check-out of equipment.
• Conduct shipping and receiving functions.
• Track and manage calibration of test equipment to ensure calibrations are kept up to date.
• Perform basic upkeep of test equipment.

OPERATING HOURS AND EXPECTATIONS:

• This position operates on a standard 8 hour schedule Monday - Friday.

TRAVEL:

• This position expects no travel.

Qualifications

CLEARANCE:

• Active and current Secret clearance at the time of application. ***This position is not currently available for clearance sponsorship or upgrade.***

EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or GED, required.

CERTIFICATION(S):

• N/A

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years of experience as an engineering technician in a laboratory and field test environment
• 3+ years of experience operating, maintaining, configuring, and calibrating Radio Frequency (RF) test equipment
• Experience conducting physical inventories and maintaining inventory records
• Experience managing calibration schedules for test equipment
• Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel
• Knowledge of basic operation and upkeep of RF test equipment
• Ability to lift and move test equipment up to 50 lbs
