Specific Job Summary

This role is primarily responsible for using the Microsoft .NET Stack of technologies to design, build and maintain business applications and processes that support the various internal business partners including Marketing & Sales, Finance & Accounting and Human Resources. This Full Stack developer position will assist in working with the business to gather requirements and will be responsible for utilizing our development tools to solve for business needs.

Expected Contributions

• Identifies solutions and implements best-practice processes and information systems for enterprise F&A.
• Collaborates with external technical service providers to analyze, define, design, test, and implement complex system upgrades and enhancements while satisfying system change standards and meeting the needs of business stakeholders.
• Works collaboratively with business users to understand complexities of the business and ensure timely exchange of information, user satisfaction, and process improvements.
• Work specifically with the Microsoft stack of technologies including SQL Server & Visual Studio to design full stack technology solutions to support our enterprise business.
• Manage the creation, updating, and maintenance of Enterprise Business Solutions design documentation.
• Assist with developing and implementing the application development and lifecycle strategy.
• Develop an understanding of MVW business processes and how they interact with MVW applications.
• Assists in special projects as required.
• Performs other duties as needed.

Specific Candidate Profile

Education

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience.

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant and progressive work experience.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing a strong project team in a complex, service-intensive, deadline-driven environment.
• Proven experience with the full software development lifecycle.
• Proven experience learning complex business processes and developing solutions to address business system needs in a holistic manner.

• ASP.NET CORE / MVC / BLAZOR)
• Strong communication and networking skills

• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications experience preferred.
