What You'll Do

• The "Jr. Business Analyst" will support the Solution& Design team in the global deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment &On-boarding system
• He/shewill be involved during solution design phases of the global deployment programwith multiple enterprise integrations and third-party vendors
• He/she will gain an understandingof the multiple SAP and SuccessFactors solutions

Minimum Education and Experience Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
• Work Experience of 0 to 5years
• Implementation Experiencein SAP, SAP Success Factors Recruitment Management (RCM), Onboarding (ONB)Employee Central (EC), Performance management /Goal Management (PMGM) implementations.Competency in more than one will be an asset and preferred
• Additional experience inenterprise integration tools like Dell Boomi, Mulesoft will be preferred butnot mandatory
• Expertise in usage of toolslike Visio, Power point, SharePoint with a strong grip for flow charts, processflows
• Excellent in writtencommunication/documentation with real focus on attention to detail with acapacity to listen, understand and synthesis
• Excellent interpersonaland communication skills
• Passion for data
• Fluency in business English.Spanish in addition will be an asset
• Flexible to travel andability to participate in a global environment with team members across varioustime zones and cultures
• Initiativeand creative driven

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a member in the GlobalSolution team to support in defining and documenting the solutions for clientsacross various regions
• Produce the SuccessFactors solution documentation under the guidance of design managers; thiscovers but is not limited to:
• Solution Workshopdocumentation
• Process documents
• Data Configurationworkbooks
• Data models
• Preparation of ChangeRequests when required
• Create, prepare, maintaintranslation documents for countries as required
• Configure and deploy SAPSolutions to achieve business goals
• Maintaincontinuous skills in SAP applications process designs and configuration
• Proactiveparticipation in SAP application design, development, integration, testing,development and technical architecture
• Supportin project run and maintenance and hyper care activities for the clients
• Ensure keydesign documentations in place for business change requests
• Managedocuments in a centralized SharePoint in a structure manner and controlledaccess
