RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Java Engineer.Summary:We are looking for professional software developers who have experience in writing clean and maintainable Kotlin, React or Java and some interest in learning the others. Knowledge of or desire to work with GCP and Google's big data technologies would be a plus. We are going to build a new Financial Crimes Platform to bring these things together in a fast modern system.Responsibilities will center around the challenges in our business area including:- Scale of data: every customer and transaction are eligible for AntiMoney Laundering investigations
- Breadth of product and jurisdiction: Money Laundering is a global issue, with local regulation
- Technology fragmentation: the existing processes are split over many platforms
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience coding in Kotlin, React or Java
- Technically curious
- Professionally competent
- Enthusiastic to teach and learn
- Focused on continuous improvement
- Knowledge of or desire to work with GCP and Google's big data technologies would be a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
