RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Louisville, KY that needs a technology consultant who can help them establish an enterprise wide monitoring and event management practice. This will include defining and implementing an end to end enterprise logging strategy, including tools rationalization. Summary:The consultant will need to create an operating model that aligns with on-going efforts in teams currently managing apps, security and infrastructure monitoring in on-prem/cloud native applications. This individual will also support organizational change management and ITSM functions. This role requires skills in Splunk, Dynatrace, Sentinel, MSFT Azure log analytics preferably with management consulting background. The consultant should also be familiar with Agile principles.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-10 years in Enterprise/Security monitoring domains (CSOC, Infrastructure Monitoring, Application Monitoring)
• Must be skilled in Splunk and MSFT Azure, as well as several of the following: Dynatrace, Solarwinds, IBM monitoring products and database monitoring tools
• Strong consulting experience preferred with ability to deliver in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of Agile principles in technical program management
• Experience in organizational change management implementations, and defining operating models and optimized processes
• Experience with ITIL standards
