*Description*
* Enhance & establish the IT Process QA program
* Review & update policies & procedures based on regulatory requirements
* Identify key IT processes & critical controls
* Design IT process QA plan covering all IT functions: Application Development, Project Management, IT infrastructure, Change Management, IT risk management & Cyber Security
* Prepare IT process QA reports
* Establish & enhance IT issue & Problem Management program, review & update policies based on industry standards & regulatory requirements
* Conduct investigations, prepare Issue & Problem Management




* Bachelors degree is required
* Minimum 10 years experience in IT Process QA & IT Issue & Problem Management
* Financial Services background is required
* In depth knowledge in US regulations & industry best practices
* Ability to communicate with senior management members
