RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Operations Coordinator in Purchase, NY.Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the IT contractor recruiting process
• Organizing job descriptions
• Opening new contractor roles
• Tracking candidates
• Coordinating interviews
• Onboard new contractors
• Coordinating contracts with Procurement
• Obtaining security forms
• Requesting network setup
• Maintain tracking spreadsheet for all IT resources
• Coordinate approval process for training requests and maintain tracking spreadsheet
• Administrative assistance such as meeting coordination, travel, expenses and calendar management

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School diploma/GED required; Some College or degree preferred
• Excellent Outlook skills
• Intermediate MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with Webex or a similar Unified Communications tool
• Excellent written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal forms
• Must be a proven self-starter
• Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Must have the ability to multi-task
