Summary/Objective
The IT Liaison is the first level of support for employees of Hays.
Essential Job Functions
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
- Ability to train users
- Perform user administration within the network including Microsoft Active directory, Microsoft 365, Virtual Environment, etc.
- Builds computers and roll out needed software to users
- Excellent customer focus and a willingness to deliver high quality outcomes for Hays
- Ability to work in a distributed environment.
- Ability to remotely support multiple types of hardware and software
- Good understanding of hardware and software.
- Good judgment in proactively identifying issues and recommending solutions to others.
- Creative, entrepreneurial approach to technology possibilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to ensure effective support and development of applications.
- Ability to support all desktop end-user technologies including PCs, mobile communication devices, office automation software, virus/malware protection and all other user applications as required.

- Strong documentation skills for the tracking of issues and resolutions.
- Ability to meet service level requirements.

Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position occasionally requires long hours and weekend work.
Travel Travel could be required, up to 25% of the time
Required Education and Experience - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
