Examples of Work
• Manage administration of NDOT's asset management platform for fleet, facilities, and field devices etc.

• Document existing and propose modified business processes.

• Document appropriate business rules, policies, and standards.

• Investigate reported system malfunctions and document findings.

• Develop and implement user training material on the use of the asset inventory platform.

• Strategizes with end users and application developers to find software application solutions to business needs.

• Serves as Developer's point of contact to resolve workflow and design related questions/issues.

• Analyzes business system operation/function solutions for feasibility.

• Documents business system operation/functions and proposed modifications.

• Participate in development of system specification, system design and analysis.

• Lead and coordinate efforts with Divisions and Districts along with others for software updates and testing.

• Contribute to management of Division GIS layers.

• Supervise work of unit staff including responsible for employee recruitment/selection, performance evaluation, discipline, grievance investigation/resolution, training, termination • Other duties as assigned by the Operations Division.
Qualifications / Requirements

REQUIREMENS: Experience in leading or supervising employees engaged in the analysis of business processes and system requirements, and the creation of business process solutions for large-scale business system applications. OR Experience in coordinating business process projects through the facilitation of others for large-scale business system applications.

PREFERRED: Effective communicator. Ability to work independently on assigned work. Ability to interact closely with other members of the team and stakeholders. Experience with Asset Management Software.

OTHER: Must have a valid driver's license. Requires occasional out-of-town travel and working extended hours to meet deadlines. Regular and reliable attendance is required.
