BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST
The Select Group is currently hiring a Business Systems Analysts to join as a resource for one of our top clients in the telecommunications sector. This role will require onsite consultants in the St. Louis metro area, specifically in Maryland Heights Missouri. Ideally, we are searching for BSA's that are well versed in going through the product lifecycle as if pertains to software development and development teams. This analyst will support multiple projects at once depending on the needs of the client, but each project will require a liaison that ensures their team has the information needed to come through with the development process effectively and efficiently.

BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years' experience as BSA working with development teams
• Agile background (SAFe Certifications is ideal but NOT required), also open to Waterfall with mix of Agile due to multiple
• Skilled in creation of workflows using tools such as Visio/Visual Paradigm or JIRA
• Experience with IIBA processes
• Strong communication and ability to gather and write requirements for application developers
• Application experience within BPMN (Preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or another related field

BUSINESS SYSTEM ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating workflows and process flows to ensure application development teams have all the information needed to make the applications work if a customer wanted to order telecommunications services or equipment
• Work with development team for system updates to ordering systems
• Handling initial impact analysis and take it from gathering requirements stage to implementation
• Supporting ordering application workflows
• Support Field Ops application processes as well as Ordering
