IP Docketing Specialist needed for Chicago branch office of east coast law firm. This is a permanent, full time position. The docketing specialist will work on a team of docketing professionals across the country and be responsible for docketing trademark and patent deadlines and communications, running reports and providing docketing updates, and communicating with internal and external personnel. Firm looks for professionals who can work independently with little to no supervision and those who are attentive to details while being driven by client service.

Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of IP docketing experience including both trademark and patent experience. Docketing software experience is required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Salaries up to $85k, DOE. This is an excellent opportunity to join a tight knit familial office with large firm tools and resources for success! Firm offers great benefits and some WFH flexibility.
