Your Role:

As the Inventory Coordinator at EMD Electronics, you will be responsible for inventory accuracy for Semi 3PL warehouses. This includes developing a process to monitor, track inventories and coordinate with the 3PL warehouses team and perform inventory cycle counts within EMD/3PL inventory systems.

  • Identify inventory discrepancies, finding root cause and proactively working with warehouse personnel and internal stakeholders to create solutions
  • Support physical counting to ensure compliance to EDM audit control requirement
  • Provide reporting to internal stakeholders and management on inventory record accuracy metrics
  • Support 3PL manager to coordinate materials ordering, receiving, and 3PL billing activities
  • Support 3PL manager on complaints investigation relevant to 3PL issues
  • Support the maintenance of standard warehouse operating procedures (SOPs) & work instructions
  • Work closely with Customer Fulfillment team members and provide support as needed
  • Participate in projects as assigned
  • Domestic travel - 10%

Who You Are:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Associates Degreein any discipline and 3+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, procurement, or logistics ORHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent with 5+ years in inventory management, supply chain, procurement, or logistics

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 3+ years of experience working in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point
  • Customer Centric mindset both internal and external
  • High sense of urgency
  • Accountability and ownership
  • Data driven mindset and attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal communication and written skills
  • Good analytical skills with proactive problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks with good time management
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Strong ability to efficiently build good relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to meet the challenges of a dynamic environment, while maintaining a strong level of professionalism
  • Ability to adapt to changes and willing to learn different systems and new systems
  • Experience with SAP ERP
