Our Hydro Flask Team is based in breathtaking Bend, Oregon. There is a desert to the East of town and mountains to the West. Our geography says a lot about who we are. We bike, ski, swim, do yoga, run, hike, and play outside. We grill and share kombucha and growlers in our backyards. We go for it wholeheartedly. That may sound like the weekend, but that is how we live every day of the year. We also offer a casual and dog-friendly environment.

*This position will be based in Bend, Oregon, and temporarily eligible for Work from Home. When our office reopens, you will be required to work from the office Monday-Friday.*
What you'll be doing:

We will provide technical training, coaching, mentorship, and professional guidance while working directly with our two-person International Sales team responsible for the Asia Pacific and Latin American markets for OXO and Hydro Flask. Involvement in a dynamic, collaborative, cross-functional work culture with diverse colleagues who are enthusiastic about our products and brands. Working knowledge of how Hydro Flask and OXO seek out, evaluate, onboard, and support the growth and success of distributor partners overseas. Hands-on experience solving problems and helping to drive process improvements across supply chain/operations, sales and marketing, and customer service. Market research related but not limited to the competitive environment, pricing, supply chain strategy, etc. You will have access to online training modules to further develop your soft and technical skills, and hands-on experience to include networking, mentorship, volunteering opportunities, speaker sessions, visibility to top leaders, and much more.

  • Compensation: Paid Hourly Wage
Skills needed to be successful in this role:

  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Positive attitude, desire to learn, and works well in a collective environment

  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Mandarin is a plus
Minimum Qualifications

  • Will be expected to work from home if our offices have not reopened due to COVID19

  • Full-Time undergraduate or graduate student

  • Completed at least two years of a four-year Bachelor's Degree program

  • Major or field of study related to internship (International Business, Economics, or related field)

  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA

  • Commit to a 10-12 Week Summer 2021 Internship Program

  • Work 40 hours per week at the specified location of this internship

  • Proficiency with MS Office

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
