Position Summary

• Receives and responds to call inquiries for potential admissions and generalized questions.
• Obtains the required information to facilitate admissions.
• Makes referrals for persons who are not appropriate for admission.

Education: Master's Degree in Behavioral Health Field or Registered Nurse (RN)

Certifications/Licenses: CPI/CPR per policy. Current licensure or certification; LPC, LPC-A, LMSW, or LCSW or RN.

Experience: Experience with crisis management or intake preferred. Hospital or inpatient/acute care experience required.
