Arlluk Technology Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Insider Threat Analyst with a Secret Clearance to support ATS and our government customer in Smyrna, Georgia.

Position Overview:

Arlluk Technology Solutions, LLC is looking for a highly qualified, experienced, and self-motivated individual to perform the duties of a to support ATS and our government customer in Atlanta, GA and Petersburg, VA. The Vulnerability Analyst performs a variety of duties which will include continued overall analysis, review, and working of the various programs and requirements within DCMA.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide support to the DoD and Agency Insider Threat program on both Unclassified and Classified environments for the Agency to detect, deter, and mitigate insider threats IAW DoD Directive 5205.16
  • Conduct operational coordination in support of the Prevention, Assistance, and Response (PAR) program.
  • Communicate effectively to DCMA leadership, installation Prevention and Resilience Program Managers, Commanders, and to PAR coordinators in the field.
  • Evaluate operational challenges, identify solutions, and implement change related to violence prevention.
  • Ensure that all processes associated with the ITP align with all pertinent DCMA legal authorities, policies, and guidelines; and complies with accepted standards, including those established by the DCMA Intelligence Enterprise Key Intelligence Officials and the DoD departmental guidance.
  • Facilitates proactive action to mitigate insider risk and support DoD personnel or DoD-affiliated personnel on the installation.
  • Support the development of metrics to support DOD ROI.
  • Coordinate across DCMA and DOD to enable effective program implementation.
Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10-15+years of experience including 5+years of specific Insider Threat Analyst experience
  • Possess an understanding of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800-40, IAW CJCSI 6510.01
  • Demonstrated skill and comfort in proactively building relationships.
  • Innovative thinker, with a track record for translating and executing strategic plans.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of management.
Working Environment & Conditions

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to stand for extended periods of time. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Includes travel to local, remote, and out of state locations.
