The Infotainment and Software Senior Buyer has the responsibility for leading the development and execution of long-term, comprehensive and cross-functional commodity strategies that will yield measurable improvements in the areas of technology, innovation, quality, vehicle performance, delivery and cost performance. The Senior Buyer must be able to successfully manage and execute both strategic and tactical level decisions and initiatives. As an Infotainment and Software Senior Buyer, you will be responsible for procuring technical commodities in a growing industry for all North American programs and supporting global vehicle programs as needed.

Job responsibilities of the Infotainment and Software Senior Buyer include:
- Drive cross-functional product strategies to ensure innovation, development and execution of current and in-development products
- Develop and implement creative solutions to complex challenges, capacity and cost management, sourcing of complex/innovative product, purchase order issuance/maintenance and contract administration
- Sourcing suppliers, managing complex contracts, interfacing with internal and external customers, managing key Tier 1 and Tier N supplier relationships and developing strategies
- Leading supplier development and cross-functional communications with suppliers using a "One Voice" approach and lead a cross-functional team including partners from engineering, supply chain management, supplier quality and finance
- Managing key supplier relationships while maximizing suppliers' ability to deliver quality product on time
