The Role

 

Compiles various reports by obtaining data from multiple systems. Reports may be regularly produced or ad hoc. May handle reporting for multiple individuals or workgroups. Accesses and admins a number of databases and/or software programs, reference materials, departmental experts and outside sources. Compiles, analyzes, computes, edits, corrects, and distributes data for reports and fact sheets. Compiles detailed statistical data. Builds, edits, updates, corrects, and deletes files in databases. Transcribes data to permanent records manually or electronically.  Manages and analyses information and various processes for Customer Care Organization.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Manage system access for employees in the Customer Care Organization.
  • Manage scheduling, call off time, tour routing, vacation canvasing, PTO reconciliation, attendance tracking, and FMLA true up/flex time.
  • Manage office policies and policy review of NICE and agent web station training.
  • CMS/Genesys reporting
  • Help set up Avaya logins/ Genesys
  • Manage system reporting for NICE, Avaya, and Genesys
  • Manage employee deletions and adds.
  • Manage MU’s and payroll audit
  • Help with basic computer support.
  • Manage and analyze high volumes of statistical data, audits, reports, records, studies and analysis.
  • Manage, create, and maintain databases, spreadsheets, forecasts, and files utilizing various software programs, charts and graphs.
  • Processes and/or handles high volume of detailed data, records, and reports. Activities involve, but are not limited to, collecting, checking, reconciling, researching, compiling, transcribing, verifying, distributing, summarizing, and inputting.
  • Sets up, maintains, and updates electronic files, libraries, etc., of data, reference material, audits, etc.
  • Manage and maintain headcount, forecasting, resolve issues, reconcile access records and special project management.
  • Performs advanced and complex clerical duties, e.g., end-of-month reports, historical data, etc., requiring ability to review, analyze and reconcile data of a complex nature from multiple sources.

 

 

What We Look For in a Candidate

 

  •    Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  •    Ability to work during the hours of 7:00 am to 7:00 pm in the Bismarck, ND office.
  •  Work with sensitive and confidential information about employees keeping it confidential.
  •  Computer literacy, multi-tasking, problem solving, strong verbal and written communication skills.
  •     Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook with strong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft office products.
  •     Must be analytical, detail oriented and conscientious of your work.
  •     Primarily performs work duties sitting or standing at a workstation utilizing a computer and telephone for extended periods of time.
  •     Ability to work varying shifts and hours including possible mandatory overtime.

Preferred Qualifications

  •     Extremely detail oriented with complex, highly detailed, and comprehensive information.
  •     Strong knowledge and understanding of Excel with the ability to perform complex data analysis and audit validations.
  •     Experience with administration access to complex tools.
  •     Excellent troubleshooting skills.
  •     Ability to work with a high degree of speed and accuracy while dealing with constant change.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
