Location: REMOTE
Salary: $30.00 USD Hourly - $35.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Incident Manager to work on a fully remote schedule (EST) on W2.

W2 ONLY, NO C2C

Position Title: Incident Manager I

Required Skills: basic troubleshooting, Linux/UNIX.

Nice to have skills: Radio Frequency (RF), ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy.

Location: REMOTE (EST Hours)

Length: EOY + w/ possibility to convert

Ideal Candidate:

-Day to day: Case management for customer tickets - stage before a ticket becomes an incident.

-Will be using ServiceNow, Jira, and Remedy on a daily basis.

-Heavy end-to-end troubleshooting (20+ tickets a day on average).

-Linux/UNIX experience needed.

-Being able to read Linux/Splunk/Elasticsearch logs will set someone apart.

-Any experience with radio frequency is helpful, but not required.

-4-week training program to get an understanding of the tools.

-They will be shadowing team members before being on their own.

-Standard 9am-5pm shift w/ on-call rotation that is during work hours.

-Soft skills will be key! This team changes constantly so they must be able to adjust on the fly.
