improveit 360, a part of EverCommerce, is seeking a Solutions Consultant I to join our Operations team. In this role, you will work with new and existing customers to best implement improveit 360 software solutions to drive their operational success. You will use business analysis and communication skills to determine the detailed requirements of customers' use cases and solution the best options for their consideration. You will be an advocate, consultant and front-line implementor of solutions to enhance customer success over the long-term. You will travel frequently and be responsible to build and maintain a high level of billable utilization as well as high levels of customer satisfaction and technical acumen.
What You'll Do
You will deepen customer relationships by understanding their needs and proactively suggesting ways to make them more efficient and effective through the application of our technology tools and support services. You will help develop and present improveit 360 value proposition, technologies, strategy, and product roadmaps to all levels of customers including executives, technical management, and technical engineers. As a Solutions Consultant you will always seek to identify new customer opportunity or demand for our solutions, as well as participate in demand generating events and activities.
Once an opportunity is identified, you will play a critical role in developing the opportunity and moving it towards closure. Primarily, you will ensure that the proposed solution has been technically validated and that there are no technical barriers that would prevent the adoption of the solution. You work collaboratively with the Customer Relationship Manager and other internal resources to develop use cases and value justifications of new concepts.
70% of this role will focus on Customer Solutions Consulting, including onboarding support, training, outbound call support and on-site client visits. You will maintain a deep understanding of improveit 360 products (including gaps), services, internal processes and industry best practices.
30% of this role will encompass project management, relationship management, and overall work to drive customer success with improveit360 products.
