Implementation Coordinator - Large Group Medical

Location: This position will work in our Flex 1 model (remote and in the office 0-3 times a month). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations within the state of Ohio or Indiana.

The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for leading the implementation process for new accounts and renewal implementations.

How you will make an impact:

  • Manage the overall end-to-end implementation of our customer's benefit plans.
  • Ensures completion of all critical deliverables from multiple disciplines to assure timely and accurate implementation of our customer's benefit plans.
  • Assumes full responsibility for successful performance on account-specific performance guarantees, with associated financial penalties.
  • Develops and implement tracking mechanisms and tools for account implementations.
  • Utilize implementation tools to execute successfully.
  • Leads cross-functional implementation meetings to assess the organization's ability to meet the requirements of prospective accounts and to ensure the completion of all critical deliverables.
  • Facilitate external implementation meetings with customers and third-party administrators as necessary.
  • Leads projects related to implementation as needed.
Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities & Experience:
  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel and work additional hours may be required.
  • Understanding of client benefit designs and account structures is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer management experience are preferred.
