IATF Quality Manager If you are a IATF Quality Manager with experience, please read on!
What You Will Be Doing - Perform business assurance assessments in accordance with ISO9001 and IATF management systems standards
- Lead and motivate quality inspectors to achieve maximum performance
- Manage the analysis of nonconforming parts to ensure root cause to provide effective and lasting corrective action
- Confirm and communicate information related to non-conforming parts to the customers
- Monitor the status of nonconforming parts and follow up with customers and production
- Manage the quality activities for the launch of new projects
- Ensure all customer qualifications requirements are completed on time
- This may include involvement and completion of PPAPs, FMEAs, R&R studies, Ppk studies, FAIRs, and Control Plans
What You Need for this Position - At least 2 years of IATF auditing experience
- 4 years experience in quality role
- 4 years experience in a machining environment
- 2 years experience in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of how to interpret blueprints
- Ability to use software to calculate and interpret common statistics
- The ability to apply quality tools (FMEAs, SPC, Pareto Analysis, 5 whys etc.)
- Experience with any of the following would be considered a plus: Calibration, CMM programming, Minitab software
