How You'll Make A Difference:

  • Researches, selects and orders (or requests the Parts and Tool Crib Attendant order) HVAC-related equipment and supplies.
  • General electrical work as needed and requested by supervisor.
  • To install and maintain the park's heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment including walk-in freezers and ice machines.

We're Looking For:

  • Must have and maintain certification for buying and reclaiming freon.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical, soldering, welding and refrigeration charging.
  • Working knowledge of applicable laws and codes.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate not only with senior management but with seasonal employees in resolving problems.
  • Communicates with individuals both inside and outside the company.
  • Requires ability to climb to and work at a height of 50 feet for installation or repair of equipment.
  • Requires reading of materials (including blueprints and drawings) to interpret and analyze content.
  • Basic analytical skills necessary to organize work load to establish priorities.
  • Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail for up to 75% of work activities.
  • Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
    Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
  • Requires ability to operate:
    •  Standard refrigeration gauges
    • Vehicles
    • Electrical, mechanical and pneumatic testing equipment
    • Acetylene torches
    • Standard hand and power tools
    • Telephone
    • Hand-held two-way radio
    •  Manlift/forklift
    • Computer
