Beacon Hill Staffing is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to work for a prestigious law firm downtown Atlanta. This is a direct hire IN Office 3 days a week and two working remotely. Proof of Covid - 19 vaccination is required.

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for coordinating training and development for business professionals. Coordinating schedules and on boarding for recruitment efforts while supporting the goals and activities of the Human Resources Department.

General responsibilities include providing coordination support towards all internal Human Resources activities and events. This person needs to have several years of office experience with HR related responsibilities.

Key responsibilities:

• The Human Resources Coordinator will be performing a wide variety of activities to support general HR functions
• Serves as an integral partner to the team in facilitating human resources activities while providing administrative support.
• Coordinates and completes all per-employment and on boarding processes.
• Maintains detailed and complex employment records in accordance with policies and procedures.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Organized, experience in high-volume setting or production-type role, and workflow.
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects

Qualifications

• Experience working in an human resources
• Ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment
• Experience working in a law firm preferred
