In this strategic position, you will be at the heart of nurturing a high-performance culture, influencing thousands of associates each year. As a key player in employee engagement, you'll collaborate closely with an innovative team, reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager. Your mission will be to guide and inspire the next generation of Supply Chain associates, making data driven decisions and fostering authentic relationships to support a world-class work environment.

• Lead the flawless implementation of HR programs and policies, ensuring operational excellence.

• Develop internal and external support systems, leveraging partnerships and tools to maximize resources and create innovative solutions.

Human Resources experience.
