Beacon Hill Associates is partnering with a company that is looking for a Human Resource Manager. This is for a company that is 100% employee owned! This company specializes in Metal Fabrication.

Hours: Monday-Thursday: 6:00 am-4:30 pm, Friday: 6:00 am-11:00 am

Location: Coon Rapids, MN 80% on-site, can be remote on Fridays or as needed during the week

Job Duties:

• Implement effective employee recruitment effort leading to the hiring of top notch candidates for all identified open positions
• Assist in the creation of new job descriptions and updating of existing job descriptions
• Provide direction and clarification to employees regarding Human Resource policy to ensure fair treatment
• Assist the company retain talent once they are hired and trained
• Establish and maintain an performance appraisal, equitable compensation and a competitive benefit program for all employees
• Propose wage adjustments as necessary based on this information
• Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee development/retention
• Lead the safety committee for the organization
• Oversee compliance of ISO standards related to Human Resource processes

Requirements:

• 4 year degree in Human Resources or similar field required.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CHRM certification desired.
• Demonstrated success hiring both management level positions as well as general labor positions in a manufacturing environment.
