RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a HR Systems and User Support in Hartford, CT.Responsibilities:
  • HRIS subject matter expert for information systems supporting HR planning and operations
  • Serve as a key resource for processes in Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Benefits, and Performance Management
  • Facilitate user training, and collaborate with HR team to develop procedures, guidelines, documentation and training tools
  • Process changes and execute data reporting and preparation requests
  • Applies HR functional knowledge in optimizing HR information systems support
  • Data Extraction, Processing, and Preparation
  • Maintain HR data and system integrity in Workday and related systems through regular oversight reporting, audits, and analysis
  • Works closely with other subject matter experts to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
  • In close collaboration with LSI IT, support Workday system configurations, integrations, and updates through process review, user acceptance testing, document summarization, and execution
  • Collaborate with data-heavy areas of HR such as people analytics & total rewards to establish shared goals, gather requirements, and iterate on work products
  • Develop/customize reports and prepare data that support HCM, payroll, benefits, people analytics, compensation, and other areas as needed
  • Ability to draw inferences from disparate pieces of data; identify key findings; and link to implications and provide recommendations
  • Business Process Optimization
  • Explores, integrates and makes recommendations to enhance existing HRIS framework while mitigating risks for global processes
  • Partners with HR team/business stakeholders to gather and develop business and legal requirements, translating them into technical solutions and process improvements in Workday


REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of HRIS experience with prior experience supporting multiple HR systems applications
  • Prior progressive experience in Workday, specifically in HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Time Management, and Performance Management
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex requirements of stakeholders
  • Uses project management skills in managing projects
  • Ability to assess and resolve issues, while translating complex information into concise and understandable terms
  • Highly detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
