Position Summary

Provides system and administrative support for all functional areas within the Human Resources Department. To help the Department fully utilize existing systems to ultimately streamline internal processes and to help enhance employee experience. The MFA currently uses UltiPro for their HRIS and Payroll system.

*** This is a temporary position that requires a hybrid schedule ***

Successful candidates will have demonstrated accomplishment in the following

  • Enter into and maintain accuracy of data in HRIS system and HR related vendor systems.
  • Maintain HRIS system and deliverables including regular and ad hoc report generation, system administration, troubleshooting, data entry, mass updates, etc.
  • Provide system support for all HR functional areas, including benefits, EEO/AA compliance and employment verifications.
  • Work closely and act as a liaison on HR system-related matters with outside departments, such as Payroll and IS&T, and vendors.
  • Work with department liaisons to obtain missing information, clarification, etc… on any/all new hires, job changes and off-boarding requests.
  • Assist employees with password resets for HRIS.
  • Train and provide ongoing support to users.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications



Education

  • HS Diploma/GED is required. BA is preferred.
  • Work experience will be considered in lieu of BA.


Experience

  • Minimum three years HRIS experience in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge of UltiPro is a plus.
