Kforce has a client that is seeking a fully remote HRIS Manager. In this role, the HRIS Manager collaborates with clients to:
  • Define both short-term and long-term business needs and desired outcomes
  • Prioritize business needs
  • Define current vs. future state processes
  • Plan significant project work
  • Monitor and measure outcomes
Duties include:
  • HRIS Manager will assist P&C clients on ways to improve business processes through technology enabled solutions, responding quickly and effectively to urgent situations, and extracting value from transactions
  • Partner and collaborate with internal clients as the single point of contact for assigned technologies
  • HRIS Manager engages consistently to maintain business alignment
  • Evaluates client relationships and adapts as needed to ensure success
  • Reviews team member work before it is shared with clients to ensure quality and business alignment
  • HRIS Manager collaborates with HRIS Leader on development of overall strategy and team priorities


  • Bachelor's degree in related field required
  • Demonstrated experience in administering/configuring/implementing HR/Talent/Technology strategies with preference for experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills
  • A reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, strong attention to detail and common sense
  • Experience in managing, mentoring and developing a team of HR/Talent/Technology practitioners
  • Solid PC skills with proficiency in MS Office
  • A business-minded people leader with several years of increasingly responsible HR/Talent/Technology positions with demonstrated ability to thrive in a culture that is collaborative, service-oriented, and consultative
  • A trusted advisor who is able to build relationships with clients based on trust and value by working with clients to help them improve business performance in alignment with firm strategy
