HRIS Analyst

The HRIS Analyst, oversees entry and maintenance of the Company's HRIS system. The HRIS Analyst will also function as a link between various departments, ranging from payroll to management.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversee HRIS entry for approximately 1,350 employees to include, but not limited to new hires, terminations, job/salary/pay changes
• Generate Business Intelligence reports through UltiPro
• Conduct monthly/quarterly/annual audits of HR data to preserve its integrity and accuracy
• Point of contact for UltiPro and Benefits Prime

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Minimum of an Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field and minimum 3 years of HRIS experience or combination of education and experience.

Required intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Internet and Email. Experience in Publisher preferred.

Good communication skills and must be customer-oriented.

Must be able to work on multiple projects at one time.

Strong verbal, written communication, organizational skills are required.

Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
