Our client, a growing top PR firm, is seeking an HR Generalist to join their New York team. Your responsibilities in this role will include overseeing performance management procedures, collaborating with managers to develop talent management plans and employee engagement initiatives, and supporting talent acquisition efforts through tasks such as onboarding and maintaining a talent pipeline. Other day to day tasks will include allocating resources and maintaining reports on staffing and capacity, serving as a trusted resource for HR inquiries or employee relations issues, and working with the HR team to develop culture enriching initiatives. The ideal candidate will work well in collaborative settings, have a strong ability to maintain confidentiality, exceptional communication skills, and experience managing full cycle recruiting and employee relations. Requirements:

• 3+ years of HR experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of management principals and experience managing employee relations and full cycle recruiting
• Ability to practice discretion and maintain confidentiality
