Our client, a top tier Private Equity firm, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced HR Coordinator to support their talent acquisition efforts! This candidate will own the process and coordination of recruiting for a large team at the organization. Responsibilities include scheduling candidate interviews, managing the Workday Recruiting Portal, assisting with on-boarding and review processes, and coordinating trainings. Ideal candidates will have 1+ years of post-graduate experience in HR, will have familiarity with Workday, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.
