Human Resources Assistant 2904:

Pay: $20 per hour

Location: Ontario, CA.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to HR personnel.

- Oversee the HR Information System

- Assist with daily HR operations.

- Manage employee separation and termination processes.

- Handle workflow management and accuracy audits.

- Act as a liaison for team members regarding HR matters.

- Conduct I9 verifications and issue identification badges.

- Maintain accurate personnel records and HR databases.

- Ensure data protection and confidentiality.

- Distribute mail and manage sensitive document flow.

- Support HR leadership with various administrative duties.

- Oversee HRIS-related communications and mailboxes.

Key Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED.

- Minimum of 3 years in an administrative role.

- Minimum of 3 years of HRIS experience

- HR experience is an advantage.

- Bilingual in English and Spanish

- Knowledge of ADP software

- Knowledge of HRIS and ATS preferred
