Assist the Human Resources & Development department with a range of administrative tasks in order to support full lifecycle of employee for both field and home office based employees. Will serve as a technical point of contact for assigned tasks and assist subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity.

What will you be doing?
  • Prepare new employee files and follow-up on necessary paperwork within allotted timeframe.
  • Verify I-9 documents and maintain employment authorization files.
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources function as needed.
  • Assist or prepare correspondence in regards to unemployment claims and verification of employment.
  • Personnel file maintenance.
  • HRIS entry and maintenance. Ensure all personnel records are updated promptly to maintain accurate system of record.
  • Communicate with employees about their documentation and answer any related questions.
  • Maintain Human Resources Information System of records and compile reports from the database as needed.
  • Manage HR US Mailbox and respond to employee enquires.
  • Sent out New Hire Survey to all new hires after 100 days of service and Exit Interview Survey to all exiting employees.
  • Support HR Projects and Initiatives as assigned.
  • All other ad hoc requests from management as and when required.


What do you need for this position?
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related coursework desirable.
  • 2 years plus varied administrative experience.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
