Nature & Purpose of Position:

Responsible for providing administrative support to all professional staff. Responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, running errands and offering assistance when needed. Assists in the placement of office orders as well as maintains organization of office supplies, and other areas. Keeps paper containers full and ink cartridges/toner stocked. Responsibilities may include scanning, copying, answering phone, and greeting visitors. The student assistant also contributes to the organization and assistance preparing financial records/reports as required. Other related duties as assigned.
