Full-time, Days (7a-7p) or Nights (7p-7a), rotating weekends and holidays

Job Summary:
Full Time - Inpatient positions (Days 7a-7p & Nights 7p-7a )
$5,000 signing bonus
The Staff Registered Nurse focuses on developing skills to guide him/her over a continuum of basic patient care through more complex assignments, assessing the needs of acute and chronically ill children using effective communication with patients/families and team members. The Staff Registered Nurse uses the nursing process in a family-centered interdisciplinary context to coordinate care and achieve team goals.
- Plan, organize and deliver direct and indirect nursing care to children and adolescents with chronic illnesses and disabilities.
- Utilize evaluative judgment, specialized knowledge and professional level nursing skills in this process and incorporate a family centered approach.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals who work daily to help raise possibilities for our patients.

Job Requirements
What we need from you:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. NEW GRADS WELCOME!
- Licensed to practice professional nursing in the State of Illinois required
- CPR Certification required.
