GDH Consulting has partnered with an Enterprise Group inOKC adding to their helpdesk team. Thisis an amazing opportunity to work with one of OKC's top employers.
As a help desk technician you will:
· Support 20k+ employees/contractors
· Support includes managing and mitigatingtechnical issues via incoming calls, chats, and electronic requests
· Supporting windows OS issues, connectivity,troubleshooting, password resets, request fulfillment
· Average calls are roughly 10 mins, more complexcalls triaged to escalation support team
· Efficiency, analytics, customer service arerequired skills for this role
· Service Now experience a plus * At least 1 yearin technical support role a plus
· Someone with experience in contact centerpreferred
· Certifications are a plus (support, IT, Google,A+, Network+, etc.)
