Your new company

You will be joining a company that has been in business for over 80 years. They have multiple offices across six states and are continuing to look to grow their footprint across the state of FL. They specialize in a diverse portfolio in commercial construction including healthcare, education, industrial, hospitality, etc.

Your new role

As Superintendent, you will be responsible for supervising the construction on the field to make sure the project is completed within budget and on schedule all in coordination with the Project Manager. You will need to provide leadership on site to manage the schedule, subcontractors, safety and more. Experience working with RFIs, submittal, scheduling and reading plans are must-haves.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of commercial project experience
• Experience with healthcare projects ranging from a $500k imaging renovation to a $60M+ hospital expansion.
• Ability to work on projects across the state of FL including Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville and the panhandle
