The Small Business Group works to connect every small business in the world with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, and then help them grow through solutions like pages, advertising, and messaging. We succeed when we help our customers grow their business. The Small Business Group at Facebook is one of two sales channels responsible for Facebook's multi-billion-dollar advertising business. Our team helps more than 99% of Facebook's 7 million plus advertisers. Our potential business is even larger with more than 90 million active Small Business pages on Facebook.The SBG team is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive the web strategy for small businesses across our primary business websites. We have a vision to make the Facebook and Instagram Business websites the destinations to help and guide all small businesses to grow and succeed with Facebook Inc. In this role, you will develop the strategy and testing plans to drive performance of our primary marketing sites with a focus on growing Small Businesses within Meta for Business. This role will work collaboratively to identify opportunities and solutions that support small business needs across the entire customer lifecycle then transform them into web experiences that meet overall KPIs. You will develop the web surface into an inbound marketing destination that serves the unique and dynamic needs of our Small Business. You will partner with marketers, data scientists, creatives, product marketing and engineering teams to deliver relevant experiences that engage and convert across the entirety of the customer lifecycle.

Growth Marketing Manager (Small Business Web) Responsibilities:

  • Drive overall growth vision across Meta for Business web surface that pertains to all Small Businesses across every lifecycle stage
  • Focus on building out a roadmap balancing cross-functional team inputs and insights
  • Drive go-to-market and releases by planning and ensuring strong execution across a highly cross-functional team of specialists
  • Ensure web experience is bringing the best that Facebook Inc. has to offer small businesses across marketing, education, product solutions and sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, deliverables and lead project execution
  • Working with quantitative and qualitative data teams to deeply understand the audience and use cases to inform the strategy, rollout decisions, optimizations, and measurement
  • Ultimately define and deliver success against clear KPIs


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, economics, engineering, or quantitative field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience driving web strategy for a large web property
  • Experience with A/B Testing, lift measurement
  • Experience within lifecycle marketing
  • Experience leading, influencing, and providing direction to cross-functional teams, including creative, web engineering and data science teams
