Job Details:

Monday - Friday

Hours - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay- 17.80/Hr.

• Responsible for maintaining landscaping which can includes cutting grass, blowing, edging, trimming shrubs, trees and applying necessary chemicals as needed.
• Must be willing and able to use hand-held outdoor power tools and equipment, such as lawnmowers, Trimming tools, pressure washers, etc.
• Cleans the retainer pond, pressure washing outside building.
• Small building repairs such as painting, plumbing, etc.
• Engage in the general cleaning and up keep of outside of buildings.
• Keeping outside area free of trash and debris.
• Performing daily inspections and reporting results to supervisor.
• Receive chemicals.
• Keep trash, inedible & cardboard compactors areas clean.
• Inspect all drains around the building and clean as necessary.
• Pick up recycling papers & cans.
• Wash windows, doors panels and sills.
• Perform environmental inspections.
• Maintained the outfalls cleaned and maintain a record.
• Inform supervisor of any supplies need to perform duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
