Global Payroll Manager

Hypertherm is looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking Global Payroll Manager to lead our high performing, highly engaged Payroll team!

As our new Global Payroll Manager you will:

• 
  Manage the timely and accurate processing of global payroll
  
• 
  Develop and manage initiatives to improve the operational excellence of global payroll
  
• 
  Foster positive communications and collaborative relationships with other members of the Hire to Retire value stream, IT, Accounting, and Treasury
  
• 
  Implement and control standardized global processes and workflows with a lean focus
  
• 
  Drive team effectiveness and improve productivity standards
  
• 
  Seek out global best practices and lead process improvement projects impacting multiple teams to drive efficiency
  
• 
  Provide direction and mentoring to the payroll staff for long-term development goals
  

Who you are and the experience you will bring:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with 5+ years of global leadership experience
  
• 
  US and international payroll experience with the proven ability to work with internal resources and third-party payroll providers
  
• 
  Experience hiring, training, evaluating, leading and developing staff within and outside of the US
  
• 
  Strong Workday and ADP experience; ERP & computer skills
  
• 
  Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  
• 
  Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  

Preferred experience that sets you apart from others:

• 
  Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
  
• 
  Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification
  

Location: New Hampshire (Relocation Provided)
