About this role:

This role will be part of a team responsible for proactively partnering globally on development, management, and implementation of new and upgraded capabilities in service of brand strategies. This individual will be required to support critical business change within a global leadership organization: deploy new measurement capabilities, support the global community with data enablement by creating coaching opportunities and training assets, all in service of K-C's digital transformation.  The successful candidate will be responsible for team efforts on driving the global measurement roadmap, evaluating new data sources, and assisting with pilots in partnership with regional/local leads. The candidate will also be required to support deployment and training plans, including establishment of standards, guidelines, and frameworks for best practice adoption of new capabilities and tools.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate product management activities for key corporate Holistic Measurement initiative, including requirements gathering, prioritization, roadmap alignment, release planning and enablement
  • Partner with K-C DTS and global stakeholders to define business requirements and ensure readiness for solutions within markets and regions
  • Lead the data strategy - 1st, 2nd and 3rd party - & implementation planning efforts across lead markets, supporting evolving Data Science approaches in the organization
  • Support data strategy and integration efforts across lead markets for strategic initiatives including consumer targeting, media activation, measurement, and marketing capabilities
  • Embrace the strategic roadmap and operationalize tactically to inspire and implement change successfully within organization
  • Proven attention to detail and fluent in managing multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate complex capabilities in a simple and compelling way that demonstrates the clear advantage to K-C brands
  • Utilize problem-solving skills and calm persistence in navigating tough challenges with ability to maintain focus in complex and shifting environments
  • Collaborate with business team stakeholders on successful data pilots, and define steps to productize to deliver operational scale
  • Stay current on new technologies, platforms, and solutions, and quickly assess how K-C needs to engage from a measurement perspective, to ensure measurement platform stays current with market trends and business need and promote the K-C Way of Infinite Growth.

The successful candidate will join the Global Analytics & Innovation team and report to Senior Data Enablement Manager.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of total experience (at least 3+ years of Product management experience primarily dealing with data and/or data-science based products in an Agile environment; and at least 4+ years in a data or analytics role on a business team)
  • Knowledge of marketing technology eco-system, media purchase and exchanges, first party data, consumer journey and engagement, marketing KPIs, audience segmentation and targeting
  • Works independently based on strategic direction and requires limited direction to complete projects
  • Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance and time zones in a matrix with multiple reporting lines that may extend outside of K-C organization including suppliers, partners, and customers
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain focus in complex and shifting environments
  • Travel up to 25% may be required

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced degree preferred (MBA or graduate level degree in relevant field)
  • Experience with business transformation and change management
  • Experience driving marketing and/or retail performance and predictive models
  • Global experience and/or experience working in multiple countries
  • Product management experience
  • Experience with measurement and optimization in digital publishing platforms (i.e.: Google Analytics)
  • Digital media experience

Location: This position will have a hybrid model with a preference to be located out of our Chicago, IL office. Other office locations include Roswell, GA or Dallas, TX.
