Job Title: Genesys Cloud Migration Specialist (Remote Contract W2 ONLY)
Company Overview: We are seeking a skilled Genesys Cloud Migration Specialist to join our team on a remote contract basis. As part of our mission to enhance customer experience, you will play a crucial role in migrating our existing Genesys i3 Dialer to the Genesys CX Cloud Platform. Your expertise will ensure a seamless transition and ongoing support for our communication systems.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and develop the migration process.
- Ensure a successful transition from Genesys i3 Dialer to the Genesys CX Cloud Platform.
- Design and administer Genesys Cloud solutions.
- Possess knowledge of Genesys Architect and IVR systems.
- Experience with Dialer integrations, Text to Speech (TTS), and Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR).
- Familiarity with Genesys Cloud features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Understand the nuances of Pureconnect to Genesys Cloud CX support.
- Certifications: Candidates with Genesys certifications related to cloud migrations will stand out.
- Implementation Experience: Direct experience with Genesys migrations to the Cloud is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Genesys Cloud administration and migration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
