RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Genesys Business Analyst in Miami, Florida (FL).Summary:The IT Business Analyst monitors and measures relevant performance metrics to assess the performance of IT resources and optimizes performance through process improvement activities. The IT Business Analyst work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.Responsibilities include:

• Devises measures and targets to assess and optimize the performance of IT functions, services, projects, and any related improvement initiatives
• Genesys Business Analyst identifies and analyzes performance measures and metrics, develops and maintains balanced scorecards and dashboards, and evaluates and monitors performance in IT-related areas
• May include network performance management, application performance management (APM), (operating) system performance management (physical and virtual/cloud) and business transactions performance
• Genesys Business Analyst makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree
• Six Sigma Certification
• 3-5+ years of technical experience
• Experience in problem analysis and process documentation
• Experience with Microsoft office suite
• Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas
• Follows established guidelines/procedures
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Knowledge of SQL
• Experience analyzing and presenting complex data
• Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability
