Objectives of this Role:

• Loads and unloads packages from vehicle. Makes on-campus deliveries to buildings and from division stockrooms. Ensures material correlates with the corresponding paperwork. Picks up paperwork etc., from divisions for distribution in central receiving.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

• Will assist in daily deliveries from the Cafeteria to various campus building.
• Will assist in the Mailroom sorting mail and making campus mail deliveries.
• Will cross train to learn other job functions.
• Responsible for maintaining company vehicle and up keep of those records, keeps record files.
• Performs other duties as assigned, or required in order to meet cost center goals.
• Complies with all Safety Regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Have a good driving record.
• 2+ years: Receiving experience.
• Be attentive to detail; work accurately under pressure; effectively communicate with Institute staff, vendors, etc., on the telephone and in person; be able to lift and move, sort objects up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Able to work in outside/inside hot and cold temperatures. Be able to use a personal computer, Telephone, copier, fax.
• A valid/clear driver's license is required.
