POSITION SUMMARY:

The Foster Care Case Manager coordinates case management and linkages to community programs and services. This role coaches/counsels individuals/families within their caseload and provides crisis intervention.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or other human service
related field plus 1-3 years' experience working with children.
